I studied abroad Jan- August 2007 in Madrid and Brussels. Had an AMAZING TIME!!! traveled to a bunch of places, stayed in a TON of hostels... I WANT TO GO BACK , however, need to graduate college too... so no more traveling till May 2009- looking to hit up South America then !

Hi Maria, I hope you got sorted with somewhere to stay, Paddys weekend is such a busy time in Dublin, well worth a visit though. There is a hufe fireworks festival on the sunday evening - don't miss that. Its traditional to wear green as well and of course you have to have a guiness or two! enjoy

Hi Maria, I'm afraid I can't be of much help getting somewhere to stay for Paddy's day... it's always sold out long in advance. All I can suggest is to keep checking the dublin page, some places might make more beds available.

Hi Maria I don't know anyone renting out rooms on short term, what I would recommend is. 1. Keep checking online for beds as when hostels get cancellations they just put the free beds back up. 2. Contact a few of the hostels and ask them to contact you if they get a cancellation. Hope you manage to get somewhere. Amy
